Todd Finlay PA

Approaching every deal with an out-of-the box mentality and fresh set of eyes, Todd Finlay’s hands-on, customer-first manner has seen him have great success in helping clients and investors sell, lease and purchase condos and single-family homes in his primary focus area of Miami Beach, where he has resided for almost 10 years. Todd also works with clients in the Brickell and Edgewater areas.

Prior to his career in real estate, Todd spent over 15 years in the fitness industry, honing his customer service skills through his daily work in understanding people’s motivations and what makes them tick – critical to helping his clients achieve the results they wanted. Todd also spent over a decade working and traveling as a fashion model in his homeland of Australia, London, Germany and New York, before settling in Miami Beach which he now very much considers home.

Sport, fitness and travel are still major passions of the always active Todd. When he’s not with clients you can find him on one of Miami’s spectacular golf-courses, playing tennis at Miami Beach’s Flamingo Park, shooting hoops with friends or taking in a Miami Heat game. Todd is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors and attended Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia.
