Todd was great! We sold our home through a relocation company, and Todd handled everything as our seller's agent. It's very clear that he knows what he's doing. All the advice he gave us resulted in some great offers on our house, and everything worked great without any issues. In a time of offers consistently going above asking price, Todd's willingness to meet the appraiser to help convince them of the true value of the house was instrumental in our choosing to use him as our realtor. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell their home. My only regret is that we moved out of state and can't use him as our buyer's agent for our next home!

Todd was great. He held 4 open houses, but unfortunately that didn’t help. It took much longer to sell my house for much less than we thought. I feel we priced way to high for opening weekend. The initial website pictures did not show the community pool or the lake. He did advertise a lot and had many showings. That’s the goal of the realtor to get people in. His son helped with taking the pictures and held an open house, he was great too. I eventually went with an investor but Todd helped find that
the investor. Hw was always available to answer questions. He works 16- 17 hour days. Thanks Todd for everything
