Todd Gagliano remarkably sold a home for us in record time and above asking price during Covid restrictions. We had such a good experience working with Todd that we chose to have him sell our second home. Our home sold the first weekend on the market with multiple offers. His years of successful real estate experience attracted us. Whenever we needed a professional to assist in preparing the house for sale he offered excellent and reasonably priced referrals. As a buyer, Todd was an asset identifying the pros and cons of each house/property we looked at. In particular, his construction knowledge of building components gave us a clear idea of what we were getting and what we were getting ourselves into.

Todd helped us list and sell our home in Hoffman Estates. We had almost decided on another realtor and was recommended by a friend at the last minute. We were a bit skeptical to switch at the last min, but we met him anyway. We were very happy with the level of professionalism he displayed. He is willing and happy to help - this was very key for us since we lived out of town at the time we were listing and he helped us with a lot of things that needed to be done at the home. He advised us well but left the decision to us without pressuring us to pick a particular offer or path. Highly recommend him!

I loved working with Todd! He was very professional in his area as he knew homes I would have liked before even I knew myself. Todd was also very knowledgeable about homes and helped me navigate as being a first time home owner but he also kept in mind what I wanted.
