When Tom first came to Lawrence in the early 1990s, he fell in love with the older neighborhoods surrounding the University of Kansas, including Old West Lawrence and East Lawrence. The charm and character of the homes, mature trees, and proximity to downtown and KU have always been important to Tom and his wife. Subsequently, they have resided in these areas and currently live in the Centennial neighborhood. Tom is invested in maintaining and improving the quality of life in the urban core neighborhoods. There are a handful of Realtors in Lawrence that are knowledgeable and passionate about the older homes and neighborhoods. Tom is happy to be among this group and serves clients who have similar values when buying and selling homes.
