I am just here to say if you have yet to experience Tracey Williams-Barnett as an agent, you are missing out on a true gem in this area. Not only is Tracey knowledgeable regarding the DMV and all of the stipulations with buying in certain localities, she provides exceptional client service. Her team is efficient, communicative, timely, and most importantly work hard so that your anxiety is lessened. As a first time homebuyer I can't thank her enough for her patience and attentiveness during this process. Many moments where I wanted to break down she ensured me that she had my back and will do whatever it took to bring me to the finish line. I closed on my home on 12/8 and I am so happy with being able to finally own my keys. Please consider her and the entire DCL team when shopping for your first home, next home, investment home, or forever home.

THANK YOU TRACEY! I just closed on my home in the toughest real estate market and I cannot recommend Tracey enough. The journey to purchasing a home can be daunting, and a real estate agent with the experience and talent that Tracey and her team have is essential. My home purchase was particularly challenging because I have a limited area that I can live in due to my career. With inventory so low and looking in a limited area in a housing crisis, there were a lot of challenging factors. What I appreciated about Tracey the most is that she worked with me to develop a strategy for every offer we put in. She did research, provided guidance, and had negotiation and strategy ideas that I never would have thought of. Beth on her team was always helpful, encouraging, and responsive. Our offers were always at the top even if there were 30 offers. With the market so competitive, she kept me encouraged when we weren't the accepted offer. She gave me sound advice without being pushy and wasn't trying to make sure I bought just anything. She was truly invested in me finding the right house at the right price and having resale value. And I finally found the PERFECT home! I can go on and on about Tracey and her team! She is the absolute best.

Please let this be assurance that you are in the best hands with Tracey for your real estate needs.  Not only did I feel treasured but highly cared for by Tracey, me being a first time home buyer.  She is a consummate realtor and was an absolute joy to work with.  She counselled and educated me really and is a real estate educator in my opinion.  She is passionate about helping you understand your investment and every document you sign. She was incredibly thorough providing all necessary and even extra helpful advice and details for any inquiry I had.  She held my hand through my entire home buying process (and I needed it being a first time home buyer in WDC).  She scheduled everything from home viewings to the closing meeting perfectly and quickly, responded quickly, communicated thoroughly, and was on top of giving heads up on each of the flurry of documents that came down on me once the contract to purchase was signed.  She was also on top of getting condo related documents to me and everything else required on her behalf, to me right away.   She really cared about making sure I had all I needed like appliance warranties and such to make sure I had a smooth transition to being a home owner.  I found Tracey to be an honest, patient, and passionate real estate professional and I am beyond pleased with her care, work, and my new home.

Working with Tracey as a first time home buyer in Washington DC was a wonderful experience! Tracey is very professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods in DC and stays abreast of market trends. She is also patient and supportive which was a plus for me because although I was very picky about the type of home I wanted to purchase, I never felt rushed.

When we found my house, Tracey worked her magic and was able to outbid the other interested party despite their offer of $5000 above the asking price! She then went above and beyond to make sure that I connected with the best loan agents and that my closing process was as seamless as possible given the fact that I was thousands of miles away on a business trip.
