A Pennsylvania native, Tracey is originally from the Allentown area. After serving in the Air Force and being stationed in such places as the Philippines, North Carolina, Arkansas, and Virginia, she returned to PA to raise her family. She earned her master’s degree in psychology and worked as a therapist and case manager. However, her love of homes and architecture led her to pursue licensure as a Realtor in 2006. She has been a resident of Harleysville for 17 years.
Tracey’s philosophy of home selling is “stage before listing”. Since 97% of all homes for sale are first viewed on the internet, she knows that first impressions are critical. As a trained home stager, Tracey provides each client with a complimentary consultation prior to listing and includes staging as part of her home-selling services. Once the home is ready, a professional photographer will take pictures to ensure the home has a strong on-line presence. Tracey believes that presenting each home in its best light facilitates the fastest home sale.
As someone who has had to relocate quickly and frequently, Tracey know first-hand the challenges of buying and selling homes. She uses this knowledge to help clients navigate the process from start to finish. Her counseling background combined with her expertise as a stager ensures that each client will enjoy a stress-free real estate transaction.
