Tracey has your best interest at heart, everything else comes second.

She’s been in real estate forever, knows the area, won’t push you into anything, tell you to run away when it’s not right, give sage advice, help you find a lender, help you get a home!

She’s passionate about helping people find the home that’s right for them, especially if it’s your first. Unlike many realtors I hear about, she’s not just in it to try and get you to close. She really wants to help people find the right home, not just any house.

We looked for 10 months, and I made 4 offers. It was probably average a little under 3 homes a weekend, 10months x 4weekend x 3houses = 100-120 houses total. I offered on 4, so like 3-4% of the homes we saw. Again, she’ll help you find a home you love, not just a house to buy.

This is the realtor you want when you’re deciding how to live the next 5-30 years of your life. She’s a lot of fun to talk to/with about the homes, the area, and the market, while also being hardworking, thoughtful, caring and professional.

Truly an amazing, wonderful person to search with.
