We were randomly paired with Tricia and Aaron through Zillow. We have worked with multiple realtors over the years but have never been as happy as we were with Tricia and Aaron. Tricia was extremely patient with us and met with us multiple times to show homes. Most importantly, she truly listened to what we were looking for which was very helpful as we were long distance buyers and could not easily get to the area to view homes. She did several video tours for us to help us narrow down the ones we wanted to see in person. She not only found us our dream home but she also guided us in making an offer that the buyers were willing to accept in a sellers market. She then passed the torch to Aaron who guided us through the next steps. We experienced the smoothest closing ever and all from a distance, thanks to Aaron. Tricia and Aaron are top notch and we definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home in the Jacksonville area!

It's beyond crazy how amazing Trisha and Aaron Johnson have been through this whole process. They are professional and extremally knowledgeable about todays ever demanding market changes. They listened to our wants and needs and were able to find us our dream home in record time. Selling our house was another process that exceeded our expectations. Not only did they sell it fast, but they had everything completed and checked even before we listed the property. Everything was done including the survey so there would be no surprises when the offers started rolling in. Any agent can list a property but it takes a genuine professional to sell the property with confidence. I will always recommend Trisha and Aaron to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Tricia and Aaron are Amazing!!! You will not be disappointed. We moved to Florida from Utah and we didn’t know anyone. We found Tricia online and we are so grateful she is the one that we found! She was so amazing through the whole process. She helped us get our forever home!!! Aaron helped with all the details and gave us advice on who to call and where to go. If we had questions or concerns he was right there to help out. Since we are not from Florida they informed us on things we didn’t even think about. They treated us like Family and went above and beyond!! If we ever move Tricia and Aaron will be our only call. They are amazing real estate agents!!!

Tricia called me within an hour of my new home becoming available. Aaron advice helped my make the right offer. In less than 24 hours my offer was accepted and a closing day was set for a month later. I was new to the area so Aaron went beyond his normal duties helping me find things like insurance, inspectors and repair companies if needed. He kept me up to date on the whole process. If you're a new buyer these are the people you want to deal with, if you've bought homes in the past you'll see the difference with these professionals. I highly recommend.

Great realtors! We had less than 2 weeks to find a home in Jacksonville, FL where we had never been before. Tricia and Aaron went above and beyond to get us a home in a market where few homes are available. Tricia talked another realtor into letting us see a house that was off the market. He wound up opening it up and we were among 4 bidders. Tricia told us to add an extra amount of money over the standard $5,000 above asking price and we bid $100 more which gave us the house for $100 more than the next highest bidder! Because we had to go back to Arizona they took care of everything including the final walkthrough. Aaron even put out the garbage cans and checked the air conditioning for us. They handled a complicated roofing matter to assure that a new roof will be put on as part of the sale even after the house belongs to us. They are very professional and explain things clearly. Very good people! We recommend them highly!

Amazing, one of the best realtor team ever!!! From our first meeting, Tricia and Aaron made us feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly throughout the entire process. They really took the time to get to know us and listened to our objectives in terms of selling our existing home and buying a new one.
There was never any pressure and they took the time to explain and make every step of the process as easy as possible for us…from signing the forms, staging the house, pre-inspection, open house, reviewing offers, coordinating repairs to closing. All of their efforts resulted in three full price offers on the same day as the open house and eventual closing in less than 45 days.
We absolutely loved working with Aaron and Tricia and we would highly recommend them and use them in the future!!!!

I now have my fairytale home. The Johnson’s are a power couple with tremendous patience and kindness in searching for the home that marked all of our must-haves in the home we wanted, within the price range we set and with tons of extras. We were so impressed with the attention to our wishes in a house/yard/location in our relocation process. Tricia knows the area very well and could give specific information about the amenities as well as advantages of the different areas we were considering. She went above and beyond the call of duty several times for us. We were looking for property from out of state and she went to several homes and called to let us know what she was seeing in person.
