She was willing to go the extra mile and learned something in the process herself. I had wanted to buy a manufactured home plus a piece of property and she went with me to one of the dealers to talk to a sales person. When I found out our landlords were pretty far into foreclosure, Trish immediately asked what she could do to help. She helped me realize their foreclosure was my blessing. I told her I didn't think my credit was strong enough to buy a house. She talked me through pulling my own credit for free, explained the whole process, and asked what I wanted to do. I told her I was ready. I told her what I needed in a house and why, what I was looking for in regards to schools for my children, what I wanted as far as commuting to work, how close I wanted to be to grocery stores, malls, etc, etc, etc, and after going through what I am sure was an EXHAUSTING list of things, found EXACTLY, and I mean EXACTLY, to a T, what our family needed. She walked in, asked about incentives, what the builders could do to sweeten the deal, and I didn't have to ask much. She covered all the bases for me. She got my family the exact house we wanted and needed, at a great price, with the Community Bond program, and a GREAT interest rate. She is prompt with answering questions (even in the middle of the night), no matter how minor, and she is prompt with returning calls. We have been in our beautiful built for us brand new house since September 30th, 2016, and couldn't be happier! I wouldn't hesitate to use Trish for any real estate needs I may ever have. I met Trish almost 2 yrs ago, when my partner and I were looking to buy a house in a new neighborhood. We knew of her through a mutual friend.
