I could not imagine going through the home buying process with anyone, but Trish. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also very caring. She was always willing to take a call, text, or set up a meeting with us. Trish was professional with everyone involved in our experience including other real estate agents, inspectors, loan officers, and closing attorneys. I met Trish thru Zillow (those advertising dollars were worth it), and she was more than helpful and willing to show me any home I asked her to. She took me to at least 7 or 8 homes before I found the one I wanted to buy. She talked me through the entire process, and was very friendly, and explained everything very well. I am a first time home buyer, so I really needed to be sure I had an agent that explained things well the first time so I knew exactly what I was getting into. Trish has a lot of knowledge of the area, and home prices/values in all areas of Raleigh. She is very nice and friendly, and goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are satisfied. At no point did she feel pushy, or make me feel like I had to put in an offer or buy a home, just so she could get a commission. She really works for the client, not the commission. I would 100% recommend Trish to anyone, and plan on working with her again for all future purchases or sales. -- Eric L

Trish is not only an amazing realtor, but she is an amazing person! Buying a home for the first time was an incredibly overwhelming experience, but once I found Trish, I found everything to be so much easier. She walked with me throughout the journey of finding and buying my first home! She was quick to respond to my calls, emails & texts. Basically, she knows her stuff. If you want a good experience, you should choose Trish. I backed out of a closing that was scheduled to occur in three days. I was looking at a bad situation with nowhere to live because there was a new tenant moving into my currently rented town home. I selected Trish to contact me about a specific property I found on Zillow because of her other reviews. She called me right back to let me know she was tied up but would get back to me quickly. She did. The next day we were looking at houses. Sadly, the one I wanted was under contract already; it's a hot market out there! She found two other homes meeting my requirements for location, price, upgrades, etc. and had appointments for me to visit homes within that day. She was very knowledgeable of the area and available homes. She explained what happened with my last home and the importance of signing a document which makes the realtor represent only you in any transactions or negotiations. I realized that I did not have that paper not did I know about it during my last closing that didn't materialize. I profess, I am not an expert! That's why I need one! She had me in my beautiful new home in North Raleigh within 10 days, even negotiating an early occupancy for me. She had also negotiated a great price, being frank with her recommendations, while still representing my point of view. My last realtor was actually demeaning in the way that she said I couldn't ask for certain things. Trish was never like this and quite the opposite, she represented my best interests 100% throughout the entire process. Her follow through was great, from the initial call to every prepared document to the final gift she promised if the home closing happened. If you want reliability, comfort and to be represented in the real estate market, I would definitely recommend Trish; especially if you don't have time to go back and do it again. - Diana D

I had the pleasure of working with Trish when I needed to find a rental home for my wife and I in the Holy Springs, Fuquay Varina area. Trish was so accommodating, as I had to fly in from Florida, and had little time to find the right place for us to live. Trish was so organized. She researched properties beforehand, gave me time to thumbs-up or thumbs-down them and then set up a logical route to tour the 10 or so homes we saw. She knew her stuff and was so easy to work with. She even took me back to several homes last minute so that I could be certain of my decision. In 2 days, we had found a home, and now I’m excited to one, have a home my family can transition to Raleigh in, and two, now have a friendly, credible contact like Trish to rely on here in Raleigh. When we’re ready to buy a home here, Trish will be the person we use. -- Eric B
