After a family friend put me in touch with Kevin, we had a phone conversation where I told him where I was looking and what I needed and showed him examples of the kind of listings that had piqued my interest. Within days Kevin was in regular contact with me via email and phone to share comparable listings and schedule viewings. When I picked a listing I liked he would schedule a viewing, usually within a day or two and I'd drive down. When I wasn't able to make it immediately he'd check it out himself and send videos and give me his opinion regarding the listing. He even made himself available to meet my mother for a viewing when she was in Los Angeles and I wasn't available to make the trip. Throughout the entire process Kevin was hardworking, communicative, patient, honest and thorough, and after months of searching we finally found the perfect home and made a deal that made everyone happy. I've worked with other agents in the past and felt like it was alway a negotiation to get them to understand what our needs were and what we were willing to settle on. Kinda like get em in, get em out mentality. But Tristan and his team have been the opposite. We started looking and each time we saw a place that didn't work, Patrick made notes of everything and used that in what he showed us next. I never felt like we were burdening them or being too picky, unlike the others before who did. Even when we told them we had to take a break from looking for a couple months, they were very understanding and cool about it. They are the most helpful, patient, and responsive realtors I've ever worked with.
