We worked with Tyler and his team to purchase our first home. While we did some research in advance, being first time buyers in a sellers market, we weren't sure what to expect. Tyler patiently explained every step of the process, educating us and keeping us well informed.

When we started viewing homes, Tyler called out any current and potential future issues he saw and estimated costs for repairs. When making offers, we had all the guidance we needed to make a fair and competitive offer that we were comfortable with and without overpaying. During the due diligence period, Tyler and Lezlie did an outstanding job handling scheduling of inspections and re-negotiating with the seller, always having our best interests in mind and ensuring a smooth transaction.

Throughout the entire process Tyler and his team were professional, proactive and responsive. Tyler and Lezlie couldn't have made this process any easier for us and I can't imagine working with a better team!
