Tyler Eberhart

After finishing school at Ohio State and becoming licensed in 2012 - Tyler Eberhart has had a thirst for all things Real Estate and operated in many roles. He got his start in the resale market in Ohio in 2012, before moving to Colorado in 2014 and worked in new construction sales where he grew to become the top producer multiple years running. He then traveled with the parent company for a year to work with other builders before deciding to part ways and pursue his dream of entrepreneurship by starting his own brokerage, Springs Realty. The brokerage produced triple digit sales in year one. He grew a team of 20 agents at eXp, before deciding to simplify his life and work as a broker / owner in the space versus operating in a managerial role while expanding into other markets to learn more about Colorado.

He has earned the employing level broker, commitment to excellence, Real Estate negotiations expert, as well as Military Relocation Professional designations. In 2024, Tyler has successfully closed homes in 15 different counties in Colorado, on a mission to master all buyer and seller types and price-points, as well as numerous geographic locations while achieving a 98%, 5 star review rate through a multitude of Zillow and Google Reviews.
