Tyler Winder

Upon graduating from Grand Junction High School in 2011, in Winder’s hometown of Grand Junction, Colorado, Winder received an academic and athletic scholarship to play football for Colorado Mesa University. In 2015, Winder received his BA, with a major in Sport Management and a minor in Business Management.

In the summer of 2015, Winder accepted an Account Management position for Life Time Athletic in Las Vegas, Nevada. On his off days, Winder was a ForeCaddie for MGM Grand’s Shadow Creek Country Club.

In the summer of 2016, Winder accepted an Assistant Sales Manager position for Life Time Athletic in the company’s newest location in Framingham, MA, and to be a part of the expanding Northeast Region focused around Boston, Ma. After turning down Sales Manager opportunities for clubs in MA, New Jersey, and Chicago in the spring of 2017, Winder decided to leave Life Time Athletic in pursuit of a career in Real Estate.

Winder joined Keller Williams as a full-time real estate agent, where he became a first year Capping Agent for KW. During that time, Winder was offered a position to join Black Anchor Real Estate and Black Anchor Management & Development, a MetroWest-Boston startup development company focused on Single Family, new construction development opportunities.

Winder’s role was to identify properties to acquire, align outside investors to partner on the projects with, structure the first position financing with conventional and private lending institutions, and to sell the properties upon completion.

Within his first 12 months with Black Anchor, Winder successfully built a to-be-developed Single Family portfolio valued around $30,000,000, consisting of 11 projects and 5 towns throughout Greater Boston. Winder’s successes in raising investor capital, identifying project development opportunities, aligning primary financing, and real estate sales led to the creation of Winder Capital.

Winder Capital is a Private Equity Firm giving individual investors the opportunity to invest in redevelopment opportunities throughout Greater Boston, without dealing with the struggles that come along with real estate investing and real estate redevelopment. Winder Capital not only invests in their own real estate development opportunities, but also partners with experienced flippers, builders, and developers to assist in the scaling of their businesses.

Winder Capital is the parent company to Winder Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage involved with sourcing qualified deals to real estate investors, design review with Winder Capital projects, and aiding with buyers, sellers, and investors with all their real estate needs.

Winder is extremely close with his family, which include his father Brett, mother Cindy, brother Eric, sister Ashley, sister-in-law Sarah, and his two nephews, Oliver Jack, and Brooks, who all reside in Colorado.
