Valerie Erceg

Valerie brings a wealth of sales knowledge and exceptional customer satisfaction to the forefront. Valerie retired in 2018, after almost 27 years, as local, successful, and leading Marketing and Advertising Consultant.

During her tenure, Valerie developed and maintained bonding relationships with local, small and large business owners. She helped develop, plan, and achieve their advertising and marketing goals. With a base of approximately 500 clients, she succeeded, propelled, and grossed over $15 MM in revenue during her employment. Her client base was peppered throughout the Saratoga and Adirondack regions.

Valerie's past success was attributed to dedication, loyalty, organization, and communication. She will focus on every attention to detail with each client regardless of size or sales budget.

Valerie joined the Davies-Davies and Associates Team in 2019. Her history of personally buying, selling, and managing real estate have always been passions of hers. Her experience and skill set offers customers and clients both confidence and trust. Her ties to our region date back to her early childhood vacations with her grandparents on Lake George. Those fond memories created a long term goal of living on Lake George. This inspired and motivated her to assist others in achieving their own life long dream.

In her first 3.5 years, Valerie closed over $26.5 MM in total property value. Valerie did attain a top ten sales dollar ranking within the Davies-Davies and Associates organization in 2019, a top 7 ranking in 2020, and a top 5 in 2021.

Valerie’s core focus is for every customer or client to enjoy their real estate experience while acquiring or selling a property. She will dedicate her time, high energy, and personality into making it all come together for you. It is important to Valerie that you never have to settle for anything less!

Valerie and her husband, Anthony (Tony) Erceg, also a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Davies-Davies and Associates, formerly lived in Saratoga Springs. In 2019, they moved full time to their home on Kattskill Bay, Lake George to enjoy the year round beauty that Lake George provides and to have quicker access to inventory (by boat and/or by car), for customers and clients. Valerie stated, " Both customers and clients love that we can show and tour Lake George lake front real estate by boat. It truly makes the the buying experience so much more intimate and customized while also saving time."

Working together since 2019, their combined closings total over $55 MM.

Valerie enjoys mentoring kids, boating, hiking, snowshoeing, golfing, traveling, and home design/decorating.
