I’m the Sales Director and Realtor with FirstTeam® Mission Group, and I’ve been in real estate since 2013. Before stepping into real estate, I spent nearly 10 years in the banking industry, where I learned to listen and understand clients’ financial goals, build lasting relationships, and find solutions that help create generational wealth. That experience shaped how I approach real estate today—by guiding my clients step by step and helping them make informed decisions.
My process always begins with a consultation, where I take the time to understand each client’s needs, goals, and expectations. Whether it’s buying, selling, or investing, I provide the data and insights they need to make the best choice for themselves and their families.
Beyond serving clients, I’m passionate about coaching and developing agents on my team. I teach them the foundation of real estate, from processes and verbiage to relationship-building, so they can grow into confident, successful professionals. I believe in mindset, systems, and accountability, and I enjoy watching my agents achieve breakthroughs and reach their goals.
Balancing real estate with my personal life is more like a lifestyle than a job—I love what I do, and it intertwines with every part of who I am. Outside of work, I enjoy attending sporting events and spending time with my twin daughters and son.
