Victoria is a licensed Real Estate Professional in Florida with over 30 years of experience. Raising her family here in Florida, Victoria fostered a deep knowledge and love of the Sunshine State.
Victoria believes that professional development is essential to continually improving her knowledge and performance. She continued training and licensure earning her Broker Associate License and several designations:
*The GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute designation), in depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards and sales process..
*The ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative designation), Valuable real estate education elevating her skills and knowledge to guide home buyers.
*The PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor certification), Enhancing her skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.
Several other designations/certificates earned include: the AHWD (At Home With Diversity), the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification from the National Association of Realtors, the Certified Short Sale Professional designation, and the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert certification).
A graduate of Saint Louis University and a retired Nurse Case Manager, Victoria brings her remarkable assessment and communication skills into service for her customers. Victoria has a deep appreciation for her community and has served various community organizations including: the county school system as a volunteer, mentor, math superstar educator, and Secretary of the Parent Teachers Association; multiple church ministries; and as a member on the board of
directors of Healthy Start, the Samaritan Center, and Youth on a Mission.
