Victoria Gordo

I was born and raised in California. The daughter of a real estate agent and Hollywood actor/dancer. I lived and learned from realtors and the Hollywood industry. Their influence impacted my passion to pursue a career in graphic design and move to New York working in publishing. Later relocating to Florida, the buzz of real estate caught up with me. I got my license in 2005 and went right into the shift of a new market. 19 years later, I have honed my sales and customer service being a leader. I joined KW in 2016 and moved Keller Williams Realty Professionals, Fort Lauderdale in 2017. I served as Productivity Coach and as Director of Agent Services. I handled a wide range of responsibilities to serve their agents. Providing amazing customer service, I was responsible for growth, agent orientation, on-boarding, social media, career development, and events to the entire market center as well as the other two franchises. I helped grow the market center and coached agents into production within 30 days of joining Keller Williams. As of 2022, I am back in production as realtor, I am thrilled be in business FOR you and to share my knowledge, skills and provide superior customer experience.
