Vijay is great realtor and his experience and expertise is clearly noticeable in his work. His attitude towards client is very polite, patient and dedicated. He helped us to get house exactly what we wanted. He had flexible timings as per our schedule for showings. Due to market conditions it took time for us to find house we were looking but he was very patient. He negotiated very well. Any paperwork and submitting offer was very instant as we submitted multiple offers. After our offer got accepted he guided us very well and process was very smooth. In short Vijay made our first time home buying experience real easy and smooth with his expertise and dedication.

One of the best realtor I have worked with. Always ready to show more houses even at odd times to accommodate my availability. First he gathered my personal needs and showed houses only that fit the criteria. Always had information handy and would pass the highlights about the property sent to me before viewing the house. Mr Vijay Anand is a terrific realtor - professional, top notch service minded and very action oriented. We went the entire 2019 season looking for a home in the DC, MD and VA area and could never find a property we liked. In early 2020, we engaged Mr Vijay Anand and voila, our home search got turbocharged. He was very patient in explaining the buying process, the pros and cons of each property and worked tirelessly to ensure we had a good buying experience despite the pandemic. We happened to meet Realtor Vijay Anand in a open house and we got impressed with his way of explaining the details about the home. Later we had a scheduled appointment with him. He took time and explained the whole home buying process which we were not aware. Then he became our Realtor & friend too. He responds to our questions so quickly in a very detailed manner. Vijay Anand, Realtor, When we first met Vijay, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of the local market. he explained the clear difference between used homes and new homes, listened our constraints patiently and every time we viewed a new property, Vijay would perform preliminary inspection, checks any signs of problems and review the quality of construction, finish etc. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and he helped us in dealing with Sale agent too. I would highly recommend him and his realtor agency to my friend whoever is searching for homes.

We started our house hunt in 2017 November but gave up in 2 months as we were not happy with our realtor and the whole experience.
It took us 1 whole year to gather guts again to get into market. We were about to give up again but one of our friends referred Vijay Anand to us.
We were very unsure before we met him. But after the meeting, my words to my wife were "No matter if it takes another year to find a house, we will stick to Vijay as a realtor".
I have no words to explain how patient Vijay was in hearing our requirements and finding properties for us. Even though we had more than 100 filters as our property selection criteria in 2 weeks we found a good property and we were ready with our first offer. As a first time home buyers we were so confused and reluctant but Vijay was very helpful at this point. He knew the fine line between suggesting us and pushing us to buy a property. Even after our offer was accepted he was on top of each and every stage until the date of closing. We got the best people for our loan, inspection, title work, insurance and other stuff.
In the whole home buying experience, we were fully satisfied. All thanks to Vijay for his guidance and professionalism. I hardly make new friends but I am proud to say that I made a friend for life with awesome memories.
