About Vincent

Vincent Principe grew up in and around the real estate industry his entire life - With his great-grandfather owning a brokerage in the mid 1950's, and his father being a second generation builder, it made sense to jump in to the family business. Born and raised in Maryland, Vincent has deep roots throughout the DMV. After going to DeMatha in Hyattsville, then Catholic University in DC, Vincent worked a short stint in Michelin star kitchens in the city where he found his love of true hospitality and service. He then took the opportunity to help grow the family company while finding his own clients to service.

Vincent has been awarded the KW Flagship Rookie Of the Year for 2022, and was recognized as Baltimore Real Producer's Top 30 under 30 for 2023. Known for his calm, thoughtful demeanor and strong work ethic, Vincent aims to give unparalleled service to both buyers and sellers alike. Specializing in the listing and marketing of homes, as well as buyer transactions, Vincent gives clear and consistent counseling that delivers proven results time and time again. He currently lives Locust Point with his wife, Alexis, and dachshund, Chester.
