Before I became a licensed Realtor, I had a 30-plus career in the healthcare rehabilitation field. I had established myself as a real estate investor already & had a working knowledge of the industry from that particular side. I realized that if I could help others see the value in the idea that homeownership is by far the wisest way to build financial stability & one day leave a legacy, then my time would be well spent in my second career! And as Mark Twain said, "buy land, they're not making it anymore"! I have a wealth of knowledge & resources for both those who want to sell & maximize the return on their investment as well as for those who want to buy, be it the first time or multiple times. I also devote my resources to helping the homeless as I am of the strong belief that we all deserve a roof over our head & a hot meal.
