I had the pleasure of working with Vitali on the purchase of the property. Even though it was a for sale by owner transaction, Vitali kept all the contact with the seller for me and stayed on top of the communication. My lender required some safety repairs to be made before we could close on the loan and the seller did not have funds to pay upfront for the repairs. Vitali was kind enough to help me and the seller and found a contractor who agreed to complete the repairs, not to mention that he was present at the property while the repairs were being completed. His knowledge of the real estate market and connections with different people in the market, passion to help others and positive attitude when things were getting challenging made the transaction go very smoothly. Vitali looked out for both me and the seller and I know that I can count on him being always available to his clients. He is truly best of the best!

I enlisted Vitali to sell my 3 bedroom townhouse. I was acquainted with Vitali from his work in our shared community. As soon as my renovations were completed, Vitali came to my home and explained the process and provided pictures of recently sold homes in my area. Once we decided on a price, he had the listing posted online the next day. Vitali was always available to answer my questions and kept me updated on private showing and open house reactions. The house sold within a couple of days for more than the asking price. We did have a hiccup during the appraisal. Vitali worked with me during this process and kept me informed of what was happening. In the end I was able to get want I needed to purchase my new home and the buyers were able to purchase the home they wanted. Vitali knows the real estate business and was open, honest and available during the whole process. I would recommend Vitali to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

My husband and I bought a very first house with Vitali as our realtor in the summer of 2021. This was a difficult time to buy a house - historically low interest rates meant that we were up against stiff competition from other potential buyers, every home we looked at was getting multiple offers and as first time home buyers, the process just seemed very daunting.

Truly I don't know what we would've done without Vitali. Thank god we had him to guide us through the process.

He's an incredibly laid back guy and is extremely knowledgeable and super responsive. He's been through every sort of home buying and selling situation you can imagine and he knows what to look for when he's touring a home, so he can tell you whether a house is in good condition and well priced. He has tricks and tips he can show you to help your offer stand out to the seller, and no matter what sort of question you have (as first time home buyers, we had many) he's got the answer.
