With over thirty years of experience in real estate marketing and sales,
construction, property management, and residential and commercial financing and development, Vivian Dimond has earned the reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and successful real estate professionals in South Florida.
Vivian became a licensed real estate professional in 1984. Soon thereafter, she undertook her first project, The Fountains in South Miami, a 14-unit
condominium development in the heart of town. Its resounding success launched her
career in real estate development – from concept and construction to contract and closing. In the ensuing years, she founded Dimond Development LLC, which developed, built and sold twenty-four custom designed luxury homes with a total value in excess of $71 million.
In 2002, Vivian co-founded Avatar Real Estate Services LLC, a boutique luxury real-estate brokerage firm specializing in multi-million dollar estates located in South Florida. As the Broker and Managing Partner of Avatar, Vivian has grown Avatar to be the leading luxury brokerage firm in Miami with offices within three prominent office: Coconut Grove, South Miami and Miami Beach.
Vivian’s other related ventures include the Aman Group, a development company that launched the “reconstruction” and conversion to condominiums of multiple residential rental apartment complexes, totaling 1,119 condominium units located throughout Florida. Additionally, Vivian is the General Partner of Grand Bay Grove, LLC, which owns a 14-story class “A” commercial building in Coconut Grove, Florida that Vivian acquired and converted to condominiums and executive office space.
Vivian also is the Managing Partner of Henlee, LLC, which owns and leases 675 acres of orange groves in Hendry County, Florida. In addition to her many ventures, Vivian continues to manage many projects through Bayshore Grove Management, LLC, a property-management company that she founded and owns.
