Associate Broker/Co-Owner of Southern Classic Realty LLC. The company was licensed in CA from 1992-2012. Wanda’s business partner and her opened their own Real Estate Office in Tallassee, Alabama. Wanda facilitates buyers and sellers as well as provide property management services for my clients. Wanda grew up in Alabama a moved back there in 2009 to be near family. She loves real estate and helping people. Wanda is also a real estate investor. She loves finding that "diamond in the rough" and rehabbing it. It creates jobs for people in that area, which is really needed in this economy. In doing that, they create a safe, clean, and functional home for someone to live in that did not exist before. They look at creative ways to help people buy a home that they could not have bought otherwise. They also provide great positive cash flowing investments for investors looking for a great return on their money.
