Wendrika did an amazing job for us as our Realtor. As out of state buyers we needed a lot of help with viewing properties and making offers. From taking us to multiple daily showings on our initial 5 day trip out, to doing video walk throughs for us after we had returned back home, Wendrika was there for us every step of the way.

Wendrika also went above and beyond for us during our drawn out 6 month escrow. From meeting at the property with the various inspectors, to keeping us updated on the progress of the seller to close escrow.

Wendrika spent over a year working with us finding our property. We really lucked out finding her.

Working with Wendrika has been a high point of our forays into real estate. We came to Wendrika with almost no knowledge of Eugene and vaguely specific requirements of a “cool” house. She immediately set about finding several homes of varying styles across the various neighborhoods. It provided an excellent introduction to Eugene as well as allowed her to decode our tastes. With a clearer view Wendrika was able to ferret out several worthy candidates. She honed her innate sense of what we would, and wouldn’t, like by pushing at the boundaries and helping us to see the possibilities in each home. Wendrika loves homes and it showed throughout our interactions.

While not initially intending to go into a big remodeling project we fell in love with a fixer upper and made an offer shortly before Christmas. Wendrika moved heaven and earth setting up an extensive lineup of inspectors and engineers during the holidays to assure two nervous potential homeowners of the viability of the choice. Her efforts were truly heroic, well beyond anything we would have asked, culminating in an on time close. If you’re in the home market, you couldn’t do any better than Wendrika.

Wendrika Olofson was my agent with Hybrid Real estate, and she worked tirelessly with me to prepare the house for showing, to show the house, and to network with potentially interested buyers. My house sold after the third showing! She then worked tirelessly to negotiate the sale and the closing and navigate the legal complexities. She was diligent, effective and always easy to reach.

I can't say enough good things about Wendrika Olofson. Not only did she sell my home in 2 days, over ask with multiple offers, she found me a dream home off-market in the country in an extremely competitive market. As a single women navigating the simultaneous demands of selling and buying, Wendrika walked me through every step of the process--from showings, to inspections, to appraisal. I signed for the sell and buy on the same day, and and Wendrika conditioned rent back at my old house to make the move stress-free. She is uber-connected and if she doesn't have a contact off the top of her head, will use her extensive network to get you what you need. Highly recommend!

As first time home buyers, my husband and I were nervous and full of questions. Wendrika very patiently guided us and worked wonders to find us the perfect place. She is not only very knowledgeable about the local market, she also knows a great deal about construction and renovation so she was able to help us understand what would be a straightforward "fix" for a home versus something more involved than we would want to tackle. She was a pleasure to work with, straightforward, and committed to finding a place that met our needs. I truly don't think we would have found the right place without her help, especially in this tough market.
