Wendy was amazing.
She was friendly and actually listened to what it was we were looking for. She understood that my wife and I have busy schedules so she was always on time, organized and she scheduled all of the showings with the perfect amount of time. We never felt rushed or like our wants/needs were forgotten. I feel like her personal and professional approach was perfect for making us feel comfortable, relaxed, understood, respected and appreciated.
I will be recommending her to all my friends and family that are looking to move in the future.

Wendy did an excellent job as our realtor. Even in this hectic housing market she managed to meet our needs and get us into a beautiful house. We also had issues with communication and time management from our lender and she stayed on them. She also communicated with the listing agent to keep everyone on the same page. She was quick in responding and getting us things such as addendums needed for the lender even up to the closing day. She answered all of the questions we had or told us the proper person to ask. All around it was a great experience working with her especially as first time home buyers.

We were completely new to buying home and didn’t exactly know where to start. Wendy answered any questions we had and explained everything to us. There was no guessing game of what was needed or what had to be done! She made us feel comfortable about our first time home buying experience and made it less stressful. She has a been a huge help with her fast response to either text messages, calls, or email it wasn’t a waiting game to see what our next steps should be.
