Since we were first home buyers, we also had a lot to learn through the process. We were planning a move from PA to Florida for work. We knew it would happen, but not when. And when it happened, it would happen very quickly. I knew I needed a very experienced realtor to make it all come together perfectly. I searched online and found Wendy. We contacted her a few months before the move. She got everything set to go, we just needed the word that it was happening. She kept checking in on us while we waited. We found out 12 DAYS before we had to leave. I texted Wendy on my way home from work on Tuesday. She got everything going immediately! We had the home photos done Thursday, showings started the next Tuesday and had an offer and accepted it by the weekend. Wendy Stauffer is simply the best real estate agent my wife and I have ever worked with. She has exceptional knowledge of the Lancaster area, listens extremely well to her clients and is tireless in finding you the home that best meets your needs. When our son was moving to Lancaster, we first attempted to rent a property which proved to be nearly impossible. We only had approximately 2 weeks to help him find a place and with the challenges associated with finding available rental properties, we decided to consider purchasing a home. After reading several very positive reviews, we decided to reach to Wendy and we are so happy we did! We were traveling from 3 hours away and had very limited time to find a place. Wendy organized and orchestrated a whirl wind tour of available properties in the Lancaster area. The plan methodically laid out a sequence of visits that minimized travel times between properties. Even though we mistakenly entered the wrong address into our navigation system which caused us to show up on the other side of town for the first showing, Wendy quickly shifted plans and despite our mistake, we were able to view 7 houses in a little under 4 hours. Every one of them matched our stated requirements and after intently listening to us throughout the day, she was able to provide us great advice on the pros and cons of each property. Her helped didn’t end there though. When it came to developing an offer strategy, Wendy knew exactly the approach to take which saved us over $10,000 despite Lancaster being an extremely hot housing market. Finally, since we purchased the home Wendy has continued to assist us with finding local contractors, furnishing the home and offering recommendations on the most effective ways to improve the value of the property. We can’t say enough good things about Wendy and highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

As first time home buyers we chose to build new construction in the middle of 2020 - when the market was extremely hot (thus our builder was busy and hard to reach) and COVID introduced a number of supply chain issues (meaning delays galore!). Wendy was amazing with my parents! She was able to sell their fixer upper to an investor connected through her company and find an amazing house for my parents. She was extremely patient with them and showed them tons of houses.
