He comes from a diverse country, Malaysia, and speaks several languages and a few dialects: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Malay. After earning his Bachelors in Finance in 2007, he partnered up with family members to start a retail business in Glendale, CA in 2008.
In 2010, with little savings, he bought his first cozy home in Chino Hills. After his initial soft touch in residential real estate, he began to explore commercial real estate. Finally in 2012, instead of paying rent to the retail property owner, his partners and he bought the retail building from their property owner and relief from worrying rent increase and termination of lease contract from the landlord onwards.
He really loves real estate and strongly believes in stocks, IRA and pension investment, in addition, investing in real estate is a crucial path for retirement goals. After gaining some equity in his primary home, he cashed out some capital from his primary home and bought an investment home in Chino Hills in 2015. His continuous investments in real estate led him to getting his real estate license in 2016.
He was blessed and grateful to be able to help 16 clients with their residential and commercial real estate needs in his first year. Buying a home is one of the essential life events and he enjoys every moment of it, especially when handing the keys to his clients receiving their dream home.
In 2019, he is glad that he met his team leader Freeman and brought him into Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty. Instead of working as an individual agent, now they work as a team to better serve their clients’ needs. His broker Rudy and Freeman provide constant training and a team system approach that allow him to serve his clients efficiently.
