I am the Broker/Owner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Coast Properties, proudly serving Florida’s Emerald Coast with a focus on luxury homes, coastal estates, and premier investment properties.
Licensed in Florida since 2003 and a full-time resident since 2004, I offer clients not only market expertise but true local insight. I’ve lived throughout several of the area’s most sought-after communities, including Seagrove Beach, WaterColor, WaterSound Origins, Old Seagrove, and the west end of Panama City Beach. This firsthand knowledge allows me to provide strategic guidance rooted in experience, not just data.
Before transitioning into residential real estate along the coast, I served as Director of Sales for a student housing development company in Auburn, Alabama, where I led large-scale sales initiatives and developed a strong foundation in investment strategy, negotiations, and market positioning.
I am a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship & Family Business — a background that continues to influence the way I operate my brokerage: relationship-driven, results-focused, and built for long-term success.
