Mr. Sheridan is a real Estate professional with 40 years’ experience as a developer, property manager, and asset manager, acting primarily as an investor of multifamily and commercial properties. Additional capabilities include complex project management including real property development, IT software integration experience, and complex process development in real estate and software integration projects. Mr. Sheridan’s goal is to leverage his experience and core strengths by helping firms with their Property, Project, and Asset Management challenges, and to give back to an industry that has enriched his life in every possible way. Sheridan is both a California and Colorado Real Estate Broker, a CCIM Certificate Holder, and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Mr. Sheridan holds an MS in Real Estate and Construction Management from the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate within the University of Denver, where he was an honors student, and is now an Adjunct Faculty Member of Property and Asset Management. Upon recommendation of the Burns School, Mr. Sheridan was invited to and joined the Burns Society. He was also invited into the Alpha Sigma Gamma International Real Estate Honor Society of the American Real Estate Society, one of only 750 members worldwide.
