William Woolford

Bill grew up and currently lives in East Sacramento with his wife, Nan. Bill and Nan have two grown children, Libby and Todd, who both reside in Sacramento as well. Bill attended California State University of Sacramento where he earned a BA in Sociology. Bill worked for the County of Sacramento as a social worker in the Child Protective Services department. In 1978, Bill and Nan, a teacher at the time, bought their California Real Estate Licenses. Bill continued in social work and practiced real estate for several year prior to becoming a full-time agent in 1985. Bill and Nan have collaborated cohesively with buyers and sellers ever since. Their team grew in 2006, when Libby joined Bill and Nan in real estate and The Woolford Group was formed. Bill is a true social worker at heart and those traits come across through every part of each real estate transaction. He genuinely cares about each of his clients and his abilities to work through difficult escrows and make the best out of any situation are unsurpassed. When not working, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, traveling, and making up his own recipes and evaluating them out.
