Wilson Ruiz

Wilson Ruiz is a California native and the son of hard-working parents who immigrated to the US from South America. At first settling in Lincoln Heights, Los Angeles, his parents began to start their family and eventually bought their first home in South Gate, in 1971. This was a proud moment for Wilson, resulting in this milestone to make a lasting impression on the future REALTOR and real estate broker, and business owner.

Wilson graduated from South Gate High School in 1984, in 1986 joined Sharpe Interior Systems Construction completing his apprenticeship and becoming a Certificated Journeyman in Drywall/Lather in 1991. That's also the same year that Wilson entered into the real estate industry.

As his life progressed, he married and began to start his own family in 1995. That same year he became a homeowner, purchasing his family’s first home in the City of Whittier, California. In fact, Wilson moved a total of three times within the city, currently residing within the Mar Vista Heights area. Wilson’s 33 years of experience, dedication to his community, and diligent work ethic are apparent through his many satisfied and returning clients throughout the years.
