Yates Nobles is the best you will find in real estate agents. If i was to have written what i would hope to find in a realtor, Yates is more than i would have known what to ask for in total qualities and abilities. Yates began as a doctor asks and looks for information in order to make a diagnoses, so that i would ultimately have a short list of possible houses to feel good about. She was very good at quickly figuring this out, the type of home i was looking for, on the market at that time. We have closed on the house and with some challenging things to deal with on a "short sell" Given what i could afford i'm very happy with the purchase for the present and long term. Yates was also helpful in suggesting people she knows who are excellent such as the lawyer, home inspector, etc. They were also the best in the business. Do whatever she suggests. Yates also took me to the types of communities she knew were best for me and that i would appreciate. This is a gifted senior woman where experience and character counts. Recommended initially by business friends who had bought a house with her, i consider it a blessing to have have the privilege
of doing business with Yates Nobles.
