In December 2021, our family encountered a traumatic event which drastically changed our lives. As a result, we needed to purchase a home sooner than we had anticipated. In addition, we were out of state at the time and conducted most of our California home tours via Face Time. Needless to say, our situation was quite unique.

Nevertheless, Yensley took charge immediately to expedite our home search and coordinate everything from start to finish. She worked diligently to make our home buying experience a complete success! Yensley communicated in a timely manner and kept us in the loop about the status of our property searches and offers. She was flexible with her time to accommodate us, whether it was driving around to show multiple listings or writing up multiple offer letters.

Although we were met with some obstacles, such as, rejected home offers and buying in a seller’s market; Yensley maintained a positive perspective and tirelessly pursued every potential home buying opportunity. Her professionalism and stellar work ethic were remarkable. Yensley troubleshooted potential concerns and proactively resolved issues throughout the process.

Yensley and her husband were the best team to work with! Last year we had our second child and outgrew our two bedroom condo. I found Yensley early in the year and told her our situation. She explained our options and what to expect thoroughly. We ended up deciding to wait a bit. She was SOOO understanding and not the least bit pushy. Many months later, we decided we were ready. It is such a crazy market, I appreciated having her full support and guidance because I had soooo many questions. She was always happy to answer. She laid out realistic expectations for the current market. Josh was great when looking at houses, I appreciated his honesty and knowledge when it came to needed repairs for the homes we were looking at. I truly feel we worked with the best team, her kindness went a long way! Let me tell you, she may be kind but she is TOUGH in the negotiation and offer process!! People are shocked at how quickly we sold AND bought during this past fall. Just goes to show, best team ever 👏🏼🥰 forever grateful they helped us find our forever home in a neighborhood we love!

I worked with Yensley to help me purchase my first home earlier this year. She was very responsive to answer questions and help me get things going. Once we started touring homes she provided me a nice intro packet to purchasing a home and I used it throughout the process to explain how things work as well as use her recommended people for getting a loan approved, insurance, etc. She also works alongside her husband, Josh, who was also available to answer questions and point out pros/cons to different homes.

Yensley provided advice along the way and we even had our bid accepted under asking. Overall I would recommend her to someone who is new to how home buying works because she will take the time to talk things out and answer all of the questions you have.

Yensley was always attentive, followed through, showed courtesy, professionalism and always talked with a "SMILE". She went above and beyond in dealing with a difficult new home construction builder. She helped to work alongside my lender to ensure the sales contract was honored and final purchase transaction was completed. She would always make time to answer any questions or concerns I had. I always was made to feel she had my best interest at heart. Yensley was also great at fielding all home related questions outside the purchase contract such as home improvement, adding home value, and looking for recommended trades to complete work.

We found Yensley and her team from the flyers at our doorstep, which indicated that she also live in the same community in Chino. We were planning to sell our home, so we thought it would be best to have an agent who not only knows the numbers, but also know the community like a fellow resident. Yensley did not disappoint us, shes was beyond an excellent agent from start to end.

During our initial meeting, she was thorough and patient with us, explaining the details of selling a home, ,what to expect in the process, and answering all of our questions. She was well prepared and had already provided us with a detail preliminary appraisal during the first meet.

We finally made the decision a few days later, and met with Yensley again to signed her as our selling agent. From then on, the whole process was smooth and easy. Within a week of signing with Yensley, she had found us a buyer, and we got a full price offer. Not only her appraisal was right on the money, we were also able to counter offer with a little bit higher price, and the buyer accepted it. We closed escrow above asking price approximately a little over one month after we decided to sell the property, all thanks to Yensley.

During the whole process, Yensley was extremely helpful and attentive. Its amazing that whenever we have questions or need to contact her, she was always readily available to us. Even if she was busy she would text to let us know, and call back within an hour or so. We did have a little hiccup when we were dealing with the escrow agent, however, as soon as I had contacted Yensley, within the day she immediately took care of everything in the most satisfactory way possible for us. If you are looking for an agent who truly works for you, is efficient, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable, this is the agent you should contact.
