Yoana Nin

As a Former Actress in Romania, Yoana Nin is the founder of The Prosperous Agency. She sells Real Estate in an incredibly unique and innovative way, marketing properties to specifically targeted buyers that are relocating from all over the world.
She is a Certified International Property Specialist, a top designation in the real estate world.

Highly initiative-taking, Yoana Nin believes in human values and good intentions, and her approach is personal as well as professional.
She is originally from Transylvania, Romania and has a BFA with a major in Theater.
Starting in 2005 when she and her husband moved to Los Angeles, Yoana worked for several years as an actor in Hollywood, mostly in theater productions, as Madonna’s personal stand-in, and was featured in many video productions with stars like Christina Aguilera, Kumi Koda, Meatloaf, etc.
She shifted to motherhood in 2008, a life-changing event that led to her being at home most of the time and helping her husband build a 5-star shipping business in Los Angeles. She was lucky to spend quality time with their baby, and she learned how important this transition is in a person’s life. Moving from one city to another adds a lot of pressure, especially when children, pets, or the elderly are involved.
In the years to come, Yoana and Mihai assisted thousands of people with relocating nationally and internationally and shipping their vehicles.
Understanding their needs and the time pressure that comes with changing jobs was key to making the shipping process as smooth as possible for all their clients. Communication is key and that is something that always provided their clients with peace of mind.
Moving to Cary, North Carolina in the summer of 2011 was a personal decision, and with the knowledge that she has gained in the shipping industry, she was able to take her life to a different level.
She decided to start her real estate journey, being very authentic in her compassion for people and in her choice to always serve by providing value.
She associated with Keller Williams Realty Cary in December of 2011 and became Rookie of the year for North and South Carolina, selling 20 homes without any previous real estate knowledge in the year 2012. Passion always shows!
She continued being a top agent over the years – 2015 bringing the Silver Award for Gross Commission Income, 2016 Golden Award for Gross Commission Income, 2017 Golden Award for Gross Commission Income, 2018 Double Golden Award for Gross Commission.
Even though she enjoyed the Keller Williams Cary office, Yoana needed a different approach toward real estate and decided to go independent in 2018, as the Broker in Charge of the prosperous Agency A.K.A. Yoana Nin Realty.
