Yvonne Bondanza-Whittaker

Yvonne has always stood out from the crowd! A true Arizona Native, born in Phoenix, she has lived all of her life in the "Valley of the Sun". Growing up in the Valley, Yvonne learned to love the beautiful sunsets, the open spaces, and the diverse cultures that make Phoenix and the surrounding towns so unique.

The oldest of four children, family has always been one of Yvonne's top priorities. Part of a close-knit family, holiday get-togethers include four generations on both her mother's and father's sides. And when not working, Yvonne spends her free time with her husband, Tim, and their 4 children. They enjoy shopping, hiking, rollerblading, taking their boat to the lake, and visiting some of the great family attractions here in the Phoenix area, including the Phoenix Zoo.
Yvonne offers seven years of real estate experience to her clients; buyers and sellers. She also prioritizes additional real estate education and has worked hard to earn the following designations: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), CSSN (Certified Short Sale Negotiator) and RFC (Residential Finance Consultant). She is also just a few classes away from earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Western International University.
