Recently, I had a very unique and difficult situation selling a home quickly in probate. To top it off-I live two states away. For weeks, I couldn’t find anyone to help me sell this home that had a positive attitude nor Anyone I felt that I could trust. When I found Zack he was a lifesaver! I could not believe the amount amount of help Zach provided in the sale of my home. He cleaned and treated my roof for moss, helped and hired a contractor to install 4 steps (because the appraiser made that a requirement) in order for the buyer to have his loan funded. He helped me stage the house, install gutters, fix a broken window and believe it or not he did even more work than that! I would guess he spent 5 or 6 full days here getting my home ready. The key word is "MY" Home but Zach's efforts were as if he was wworking on his own home. He even painted and helped scrub walls. I don't want to ramble on but thought it was only fair to share what you did for me. You got the price I asked for and worked hours to get us to closing
. We worked today and honestly I think I will give him the largest bonus for effort I have ever given to someone. Thank you zach! Anyone that gets to use you as their agent I would consider lucky and guaranteed top notch results.

As first time home-buyers, my husband and I knew we were in for at least a somewhat difficult process when we started our house search in August. We found Zach through clicking to request to see a home on one of the sites. He was very professional and kind from the first moment we talked. Zach was honest with us from the beginning that it would be hard to find a decent size home within our price range. Both of us looked hard and we had this house pop up and same day went to look at it. We were in love instantly. With Zach's help we were able to get an offer in and have it accepted that day too. We have run into a lot of issues with purchasing this home but Zach has helped us through every minute and explained every detail as best as he could. I honestly think that anyone else would not have been able to explain things in a way I understood. He has stood by us this whole process even though we aren't quite done yet but we are close. He has been so easy to chat with and I've enjoyed being around him. I really don't know where we would be right now without him!
