This is the first time I ever purchased a property in the U.S. and my experience was unforgettable and great, thanks to the professional help that Zoya offered to me throughout the process.

From the very beginning, Zoya impresses me with her impeccable expertise and rich experience in the business. I instantly came to trust her as someone who could provide the guidance that I was in desperate need of while adventuring into a thus-far unexplored and strange territory and have since been relying on her as a most precious source of information and support. And she never disappoints me.

Zoya has been immensely patient and always made herself available no matter how inconvenient the timing might be. I could count on her to respond to every one of my incessant inquires and requests in a most prompt manner. And whatever question or problem I have, she has proved herself to be the magical trouble-shooter that could always solve the issue in a satisfactory way.

I still feel quite guilty that once, when I questioned one detail of the property and had to make a decision based on it in great haste, Zoya made a quick arrangement with the agent of the seller and drove directly to the property to help me check it out on a Sunday afternoon, all on her own initiative...I was ashamed of myself for imposing all the extra trouble on her but for Zoya, it seems natural as her ardor for service is derived from her professionalism and her sense of obligation for the clients.

Zoya is adorably amicable in person and we have had some really good time talking and chatting while hanging around during the various property visits. It has been a great pleasure to know her and work with her and I remain grateful for her help and professional service throughout the way!

Recently closed on my first home and Zoya was a fantastic help, answering every question along the way and guiding me through each phase of the process. I actually was shopping for a home through her a couple of years ago when I unexpectedly got laid off... She continued to periodically send me listings that fit what I was looking for so I'd have an idea of what the market was like, and helped me find a great place once I was ready to get back into it. I can't recommend her enough and can't imagine buying my next home through anyone else.

We worked with Zoya for 9 months to find our perfect home. Because this was a second home for us we were in no huge rush, but Zoya patiently showed us many, many properties. We so appreciated her patience and willingness to travel outside her normal showing area and she never once pressured us to make a decision we weren’t comfortable with. She always came prepared with information about the property and the surrounding area. When we finally did make an offer, she made the process so easy and guided us every step of the way, providing good advice and becoming a strong advocate for us in a seller’s market! If we ever buy or sell in VA again (hopefully not too soon!), we will definitely want her on our side.

Fought for me when I needed her to, pressured when I need her to out pressure on, was on top of all the virtual tours I wanted as well as in person took care of things I couldn’t bc of distance. After relocating to the Charlottesville area from western New York, we had a lot to learn, and were exceedingly fortunate to have Zoya Coopersmith as our real estate professional. Her knowledge of the area and market proved invaluable as she tirelessly toured us over three counties. Zoya quickly learned what type of homes interested us, and after each showing, invariably had answers to our questions before we arrived back home. Zoya went above and beyond for us, working tirelessly to resolve an unforeseen issue with a property upon which we had made an offer, and helping us determine whether or not minimal cell service – essential to our home office – could be improved.
