GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Edison High School is a school with an abundance of school spirit. It is seen through the fervor that school-sanctioned events such as the homecoming dance and football games create in the student body. That said, students and administrators can be somewhat unfriendly or hostile. That is due to a lack of trust between students and those who lead them. I would like to see a more positive and upstanding student body and a more respectful administrative team.

Thomas Edison high school has its ups and downs like every other high school. What they have that's different with others schools is their teachers. They all care about their students and want the best for them. I've had a positive experiences with my teachers to the point where I felt safe enough to tell them if I was upset.

I was a student at Edison from 2015 to 2019 and I had a great time there. I had supportive teachers and counselors. Overall, Edison is a great school and I recommend this school to my fellow people.
