Mount Vernon High School is a highly diverse community. The staff and faculties at Mount Vernon High school are welcoming, as well as supportive of the student. Throughout my high school experience, I always had respectful and kind teachers who helped me to do well academically. What I would change is making it more open for students to voice their opinion and have a real voice onto the decisions going on at the school.

I went to Mount Vernon during my freshman and sophomore years before I had to move with my dad's work and I loved it here. The atmosphere is so fun along with sporting events. I also always felt challenged with my school work which is something that my new school in DoDEA lacks.

Really diverse school that advocates for inclusion and for all students of all backgrounds. There is a club/activity for all students ranging from the arts to Championship winning teams.

My daughter liked the school, and she got into the college she wanted. she has a good handle on whats going on in the world. The school set her up for success.
