the community aspect of PWS is the best part. the academics are unique (in a good way), and the teachers all go above and beyond to care about their students and classes.

In the 5 years that I have been going to Pasadena Waldorf, a bad experience is rare. I would not want to see much changed. The only thing would be more class variety, but it's hard with a small school.

It's really liberal and a really tough workload, but it's so small that everyone knows everyone and it's very nice, reassuring, when you can call a person by their first name even if you are 3 grades apart.

Our son visited Pasadena High School earlier this year and was so smitten that he decided to transfer in mid-year in eighth graade. The students, faculty and staff welcomed him with open arms and he immediately made new friends and was so excited to be a part of the community. The parent community w...

Indoctrination, lack of natural sciences, poor math level, bad equipment. Not for someone who wants to get a solid math/physics education, but it is good for artists.

Coming straight from a student, I can assure you that there is no student, to my knowledge, who’s caught bullying or being bullied at the Pasadena Waldorf High School. If they are then the case is taken very seriously through private meetings with teachers or through council circles, where students...
