GreatSchools Rating

Source: GreatSchools
GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I like how the teachers are kind and supportive. They will help you learn even if you are struggling. I also like the new building; it feels like it is straight out of a movie. The school is small enough that you can build a community without it feeling like a clique, but large enough that though I recognize most faces, I do not know the names of most of the other students I see in the halls.

We chose AMPO for our oldest child after attending a dependent school district. It has been a good experience.

It is more like a family than any other school. At Am-Po the teachers and faculty genuinely want to see you succeed. They come in before school and stay after hours, whatever you need to be successful, they will do it. We have little to none discipline issues. We even have teachers drive over an hour to come teach at Ampo! That's how great it is!!
