GreatSchools Rating

GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I had no assistance with college readiness, scholarships, or assistance with further education . Would love for there to be a change in counciling and readiness for advancing to higher education.

I feel like the school as a whole is a good environment, where some decide to learn but others decide not to. The only thing that I can personally complain about is the lack of programs and resources for those students that wishes to learn and do more in a academic setting.

I love Saks High School and the facility there. The teachers there love their students and form bonds with them. They help them succeed through high school and college. Principal Walley is the best, he always does what's best for the school and tries to connect with the students by having fun and getting involved in Peprallies. He even pushed for student involvement in school activities, whether that is sports, clubs, or school functions.
