GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I had learned a lot of experience at this school and meet a lot of good friends! Teacher and staff are very friendly, but some are not.

The teachers are so nice but some of them they are so rude and accuse you of stuff you didn't do and you get send down to the office and the education is highly accurate and high but the problem is some teachers are so complicated to understand and u don't know how to do the assignment even if they already explained it to you and sometimes they pick on you for no reason when actually you didn't do anything. With the students there is lots of drama and fights.people like to start drama and accuse you of rumors that were being told and things like that and always people are getting ISS(InSchoolSuspension) and Suspension especially being homebased.Bit overall it is a good school but it depend s on which teacher youhave and the people you hang around with. I hope this helps cause I'm telling you this from my experience of being in BarnettJunior High School.

This school does a horrendous job at controlling their students. The amount of bullying that happens on a daily basis is absolutely disgusting and the lack of response from administration is even worse. The teachers are good, but they can only be good for so long before they burn out. The administra...

The campus has really hit rock bottom. The school has great students and initially teachers/staff come with a desire to do right by the kids and families, however when the administration is lazy and trifling, what can you expect? It is beyond time for Stephanie Hawthorne to retire. She is useless. T...
