The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Throughout the 4 years I've been at Seguin High school the best parts were that there is a lot of school spirit, good education, and access to a lot of sports. The only down fall based on my experience would be that some students don't respect the school's rules.

I like Seguin High School. I loved how safe the school made me feel. The administration on the other hand, were pretty mean. Especially the officers.

It is going to be my first full school year attending this very high school. Although it's known as one of the smallest schools in Arlington; it feels extremely huge to me and I'm from Iowa so it was a big change. I love the diversity it has, especially compared to my old school. It has been adventure. I would love to see the teachers create personal connections with students more often. It would make things extremely easier for both parties.

The staff is untrained and several classes do not even have a teacher in...

Okay, so I've written another review in which I highlighted all the positive of this school. But, like all schools, this one has its major downfalls. And I will now expose them as well (this is a compiled list of complaints from current seniors). First of all, the academic decathlon program is LACKI...

Seguin is a fantastic school. My first two years of high school were in California, but I learned much more from the school here. I graduated class of 2014 and I'm so appreciative of the experience I had and the knowledge I gained. The students are all very friendly and the teachers are great! I wou...

Seguin is the smallest school in the district and is definitely not known as being of the most prestigious schools, however, Seguin makes up for What it lacks with academics and fine arts. I have had such a positive highschool career here and so many amazing opportunities thanks to my wonderful teac...
