If niche wants to be the source of information to parents, you need to have accurate information. P.S.122 is a K-8 School. It has an elementary and a middle school. Mixing results from Middle School and Elementary School cannot give parents a clear picture or ranking for each of the schools. The Middle school is Ranked 1 in NYC by DOE when you look at the results of the Middle School students and it is not what you have posted. So either niche is in the business to give accurate information to parents or NOt and that is your choice.

P.S. 122Q -- Mamie Fay is quite possibly the single best elementary school in Queens. The great work done by the dedicated teachers and the incredibly involved PTA, had produced a school that is not just academically superior, but truly welcoming and inclusive of three community. There is a a substantial variety of subjects and a good learning environment. This school is truly an example others should follow.

It is an excellent school with many positive teachers. The staffs are also very sincere even though many of them might be heading toward their retirement. This school has too many students and the administration seems to be unable to make effective decisions or hold teachers accountable. Awful. I’ve had 3 kids in this school and seen it go downhill over the years. Other schools in the neighborhood have upped 5eir game and are offering wonderful programs that 122 doesn’t even come close to.
