Attending Booker T Washington High School has had a profound impact on me by expanding my perspectives and challenging me to grow both academically and personally.Ive developed critical skills and discovered many new interest like joining dance . Although the school is in rough area in Atlanta , it is a challenge everyday not knowing what may happen. The guidance from teachers and counselors encourages me everyday to set higher goals for myself and to strive for excellence.I would love to see the change in the student behavior, we have a lot of students who doesn't see their potential and is blinded by community issues .

I love my school. We have amazing school spirit and every student at Washington will go above and beyond for their school. We all aspire to have a certain greatness in life. There isn't a day that goes by that you don't see us supporting our school and especially to sports that happens at Washington. We are all one big family that will always be there for eachother. There is not a doubt that we won't go hard for our school. We have a great Early College program where we don't tolerate C's in our college classes. The teachers are very understanding to the students and our problems. We have many school officers at our school to protect us because of us being based in the part of Atlanta that we are in. There is no problem with having fun at Washington. Everyone at Washington just about know each other and when there is a new face they won't feel left out. You will always make new friends at Washington and I am proud to say that I will graduate from Booker T Washington High School.

My name is Rachel Kelli Martin and I'm a high school senior these year at Booker T. Washington. I have had good experiences with Booker T Washington while enjoying their clubs. I've been in there robotics club for four years now We get to travel and meet people from all over the world I am a manufacturer and safety captain this year. They cancelled robotics for the rest of the year but, I want to come back as a mentor nert year. You asked if it's anyting I don't like at Booker T Washington well it's the bullying my friends and I get it alot but I keep going.
