Lakeside has a lot of good aspects as well as bad ones. There are teachers who do the bare minimum, but also outstanding ones who connect with students. The facilities could use work but the culture is great.

Okay school. Wish they were able to build more classrooms. It feels a little segregated with the level of courses-- "better" classes get the better teachers.

Good academics and students are diminished by incompetent administrators and funding in the wrong areas. More importance placed on the arts would make opportunities more fair for more demographics.

Great School! All my friends also believed it was a great experience, with sports programs and extracurrical activites. Particularly enjoyed the VEX robotics program.
