GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I'm proud to be a part of a school with high academic rigor, success, and passion. There is a strong sense of community among students, staff, and parents, and most are very welcoming and kind. However, the rigor can be excessive at times, and it causes stress among many students. I would like to see more student supports being enacted that are more accessible for students, and for some teachers to be more mindful of workloads.

They have a great magnet program with amazing teachers throughout the school who are willing to help any student with a problem. They offer time during the school day to have lunch and use as a study hall if needed or an extra break or even to do home work which is very useful when dealing with the harsh workload sometimes.
