Definitely a sports and college readiness school. Just stay on top of your academics as this school offers numerous Ap classes that will help you prepare for college the sports at this school are also a great way to make it to the next level of school if you are trying to get to that point in your life.

I love my school, even though it's not th best school in the city, i feel connected to it, and my principal is the best.

my experiences with Dunbar high school has been very memorable due to all the things i have accomplish with my year at the school. Very great sports teams with teacher who are very strict about your work so it is a good and thing and bad thing depending on how you handle it.

This school is a complete mess. I try to call the staff, they never answer you or call you back for things like my child's IEP. Like, I would never send my child here again. I have made the big mistake ever in my life and my child's.
